cannot access apps or google with wi fi connected.

galaxy tab 3 7.0. model:sm-t210r.

I am connected to wi fi, or at least have strong signal. but I cannot access google search bar not apps such as Pandora and Netflix.

I have cancelled the network, turned tablet off, unplugged router then reconnected everything...still no luck.

Check the connection in the tablet. Does it have an IP address starting with the same numbers as other things connected to your router (10, 172.16 or 192.168)? If it starts with 169.254, you're not getting an IP address from your router, so you can't connect to the internet. (That would make it a router issue - no slot for another device, usually.)
