Help cannot access my gmail on phone as I forgot code. Google is sending me to Android for the answer,

cannot access my gmail account on the phone ...I have tried google, but they keep sending me to android...God knows why...Anyway, is there anyone who has the answer on how to fix the problem. Thanks

Can you explain what you mean by "they keep sending me to Android?" If you log onto your Google account from your web browser you should be able to change your password there. Then reboot the phone and it should prompt you to enter your new password.
