Cannot access playstore or web browser

Hi all, I have the samsung galaxy note 10.1 tablet. Have had it since October 2012 and had no problems. Suddenly two days ago, all apps/games that I have previously downloaded through the playstore, stopped opening or responding. Also, playstore will not connect. And the web browser, I can do searches in it, but if I click on a result, it goes nowhere. I have tried live chat with samsung, no fix. I have tried clearing cache and data, done reboots, done a factory reset, nothing seems to help. There are no problems with any other pre loaded apps (ones that come already on the tablet) only playstore. I am running 4.1.2 . I have also tried resetting my modem, and then deleting the wifi account and re adding, to no avail. Can anyone help please??

It comes to this then.
You have to reflash your phone with an original ROM.
Or to force a OTA update. (<== google it)

1.Go to Information 4 All and find the original rom of your tablet.
2.Download a program called ODIN Odin
3.Boot your tablet in download mode
4.Connect it to a PC via USB
5.Open odin
6.find the *.md5 file you downloaded (md5 is the Rom you downloaded)
7.Click PDA in odin
8.A window should pop up navigate to the *.md5
9.Click the md5
10.You should automaticaly return to Odin and the md5 sholuld be selected on PDA
11.Click start
12.Wait about 10 minutes until Odin says PASS in a green square
13.Your phone should reboot automaticaly and everything should be back to normal.

JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN REFLASHING
