Cannot block certain user

Somebody uploaded 4 naked photos of themselves to a Google Photos album that I belong to, and cannot even block this person at all. No matter how many times I try to do it, the person is still showing up and he still remains unblocked.

Looks like it's a public group, with things like Sesame Street videos etc. I'm not sure if you can block individual members, I can't but then I'm not a member of this group.

Might be something the group admin or mods need to do, kick the offending member out and stop them posting unsuitable material.

Thank you. The individual member shows up on my block list, but is still showing up on the member list though.

who originated the group? you will need to contact them and get them off that way.
