Cannot change Browser homepage

Browser completely ignores my homepage settings, and keeps using ftzh.com as the homepage. Is there a way to fix this? I'm running Android 4.1 on a Chromiam Se7e tablet.
 
A way to fix this might be to clear the browser's Data (Settings, Apps, All, your browser ...).
But note you'll lose your bookmarks.

... and note this homepage setting of the tablet's browser might initiated by aggressive advertising, pushed by ad networks like AirPush, Leadbolt etc. and caused by a recently installed or updateted app on your tablet.

This thread could help you to catch the culprit app ...
