Help please I cannot find the answer anywhere.

I have a Galaxy S5 and I use the Message+ app for texting, I picked the wrong picture source as my default app. I picked a picture app called quickPic ( i got from play store) and I would like to change it to "Photos" that come on the phone. But it won't let me clear my default ( I know how to do that (application manager --> all --> Messages+ --> clear default) but the clear default option is unclickable? I deleted QuickPic from my phone and it still uses it some how? Any other ideas on what I should do?

Thanks,
Michael

If it's still using QuickPic then you can't really have uninstalled it. Have you tried rebooting the phone?

But to clear that default you don't want to clear defaults for Messages+ but for QuickPic. The way it works is that you've got QuickPic set as the default handler for that intent, so you need to clear QuickPic's defaults list. If you can't find it in your Application Manager, go to the Play Store and try re-installing it (actually installing a new app which can play this role should reset the default anyway, since you now have another option and so the system should ask whether you want to use that instead).
