Cannot connect to computer via USB

[Android Question]

The main problem is that I can't connect my samsung galaxy s4 mini to computer. I tried use it with samsung kies program, but it shows just my phone model and loading loading loading... And nothing.
I bought phone from e-bay, so it wasn't new, and also it's rooted.

So, maybe you have any ideas, how to connect to computer?

It sounds like your computer failed to download the required USB drivers to make it work. Here is a direct download link from Samsung; download, install, and then reboot. If still no joy, since your device is rooted, it may also be necessary to toggle USB debugging in the phone (under Settings > Developer options).
