Cannot connect to game server

I just got the zmax pro and when i thry to play games it cannot reach server due to no internet connection...example role play games where it has to download additional info.. Is there a way to fix it.

Check your internet connection, if your on wifi try resetting it. If you are using 4G LTE make sure you didn't use all your data allotment on restoring data (apps and etc.) as I used 560MB on restoring apps accidentally

Occasionally in Pokemon Go the game is unable to sign in for me and it has nothing to do with my signal. Only restarting the game fixes it. Otherwise just turn off your wifi/data and turn it back on.

Assuming your internet connection is OK, perhaps the servers are offline, down for maintenance, etc., try again later.
