[Android Question]

Dear friends, please help....

I cannot open my google account on mobile phone. I constantly get the answer "Sorry... Your username and password do not match. Please try again. (To recover your account information, go to .... google.com/.. etc, etc....

On my PC and laptop I can connect without any problem, but on my android phone, I cannot....

This is a BIG problem because I have all my contacts on gmail account and I cannot transfer them to my phone...

Please help me, thanks in advance

Did you use any characters that may be language or keyboard specific?

Also, do you have 2 step verification on?
If so, the password you enter in your phone is an app specific password and not your normal one, thus the error.
