Help Cannot Connect To School wifi

[haithere]

Hey everyone,

My phone will not let me connect to my school's open wifi for some reason. It's supposed to redirect me to a page where I would enter the username/pw to gain access. But when I try to connect, I would get an error message instead. Any ideas? Thanks

What's the error msg?

Do you have the latest firmware? I too couldn't connect to my school's wifi for a while but one of the more recent firmwares fixed that problem.

no man if it gives u option of putting username and pass, then u need to put that...!!

Username i think will be the phone no.
pass should be CA no.

Hope this helps..!!

I think they're saying that before it even gives the option to put in that information, they get an error. I could have misread that though.

Wouldn't the username and password be related to his school username and password and not his phone number? I'm just asking because when I was connecting to my school's network, I was only required to enter my school credentials.
