Help cannot connect to the pc

Welcome to Android Forums, rimp.
To connect to your pc, just go into the menu > settings > applications > development > usb debugging and put a check in that box.
After doing that, connect your USB cable to a USB port on your computer and then to the charging port on your device. You'll see a prompt asking you if you want to charge the battery or use the device as a drive (the exact wording is different from phone to phone). Select "drive" or whatever the choice is beyond just charging the phone's battery.

Never noticed this before. 
Even if you don't have the CD, you can always download KIEs from any samsung website. But USB debugging is probably the easiest.
