Help Cannot copy to storage from PC after Jellybean update

Hello again, apologies for posting with two issues in one day (1st resolved with thanks to assistance from Ironass).

New Jellybean issue on SGS2 is since my update I cannot copy files to the device, either internal or external micro sd storage.

Attempting to copy data (ie some music, mp3 files) simply causes Windows 8 Explorer to hang (with the continues circle - or replacement hour glass) and trying to do so via Kies also hangs.

I have tried to do this on both my laptop and my HP Microserver and have the same result, oh, and my Win 7 PC at work.

Anyone else had this issue please?

FIXED yesterday. Simple format of both allowed me to write in every way I needed, apps, removable storage, photos. It would seem that deleting the storage in ICS pre upgrade did not allow the device to use the media post upgrade? Weird. Anyway, all sorted and phone is now better than ever. Absolutely stoked with Jellybean!
