Cannot delete Gmail account

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 tablet. I want to download the Bible. When I tried, I was asked to sign in to my gmail account. I haven't used it in ages. When I put in my email address and latest password, it will not recognize the password. I have tried everything...... Can you help me. I use Google Chrome Windows Vista on my computer.

If you're trying to get it through the Play store, you'll need access to your account and you can request a new password from google. Or, you could d/l it through another service like Amazon or just find a free version of it. When I searched for "Bible" "pdf" I found many downloads available. I've downloaded my spiritual book in this way and it works fine if you don't mind reading a .pdf

Hope this helps.
