Cannot download apps

Hello, I recently bought Moto E with Android 4.4.2 and the biggest trouble is i cannot download any apps. I use internet via my service provider and i can do all other stuffs (like browsing in the chrome, gmail sync, etc.,.). I tried using Wi-Fi and the apps do not download. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks !

You have to go in to System Setting/Security And put a check in the Unknown Sources box and your good to go.

The answer above assumes you are trying to download from sources other than the Play Store. You do not need unknown sources enabled to use the Play Store, and you've not actually told us how you are downloading apps.

Assuming it's the Play Store, have you got background data enabled? It won't work without, though it should also tell you when you enter the app if you have not. If you have, then it might help if we knew exactly what happens when you try to download an app. The Background Data control is quite hidden these days: Settings > Data Usage, then touch the menu icon (3 dots) and you'll find it in there - if it's restricted you'll need to untick that box.

Generic suggestions: go to Settings > Applications > All, select Play Store, and clear cache. If that doesn't help, you could clear data for the Play Store (you'll then have to log in again).

If none of the suggestions so far provides an answer, we'll need more information. To provide that though, and enable us to have a discussion, you'd need to register (but that is free).

before you download form market store or appstor check your time setting... set default off then ...
then try to set time manually...
