Cannot download files from internet

Hello!
Happy new year!
I tried to download files from internet with no success. It says like i have not enabled cookies, but cookies are enabled on my device.
File types, that i tried to download:
*.nes
*.torrent

HOW TO DOWNLOAD FILES???

what phone? are you using the stock browser? what android version? you could try dolphin browser and you should be able to download any file you want

You can see phone in my profile's info. Yes, it is a default browser. Andro version - 2.3.6

Could be your ISP blocking illegal downloads and websites?

*.NES Copyrighted Nintendo game ROMs.
*.TORRENT BitTorrent files for copyrighted movies, music, etc.
Which website is it? The Pirate Bay?
