Help Cannot drag/drop from PC

Hey all.

I can't seem to drag/drop files onto my Note II from my PC. Everything is connected fine, I've opened the phone in Windows Explorer, but every time I try to drag something to my phone, nothing happens. The mouse doesn't have the Red X, so it SHOULD be working.

I can't even Ctrl+C/V and paste to it.

USB debugging is on.

Have you tried it with USB Debugging off?
I have that set as off and on PCs with or without Kies I can drag and drop files fine. Some functionality is not there such as view thumbnails of images but general transfer is fine.

There are some versions of the drivers that you can get from various forums that require USB debugging (perhaps these allow the phone to connect with fuller functionality as a USB hard drive would) but if you have not installed them assume you should have it off unless you are actually debugging phone software or explicitly told that you need it enabled by a particular application.

Edit: Another question I should have also asked.. Can you drag and drop files from the phone to the PC?
