Help Cannot get Icontrol pad to work with my LG Thrill

I have an LG Thrill with a Custom ROM (2.3.5 KING4Developers), but for some reason, even though when I activate my bluetooth and pair the iControlpad with my phone, it just won't connect. I have tried Bluez IME, but still nothing.

Any ideas?
