Cannot get password from email address

I forgot my password and I keep sending it to my email address and it is not going through I cannot download any apps can I delete the account and start over using a different email address is there a number to call
 
Seems it is either going to your spam folder or you supplied the incorrect email address to send your password.
I don't believe there is a number to call for this issue.
