Root Cannot Get WIFI to Work

I just purchased a Cruz T408 but cannot get it to connect to my WiFi network, All my other pc's and iPod touch connect fine. It sees the network and says that the signal strength is excellent. It scans for a connection, starts to authenticate and then shows the connection as Disabled in the WiFi Settings. No error messages or anything.

Any ideas!

Have you had any luck getting the wifi to work? Does your tablet display a Mac address under the wireless settings? if not that is your issue and Fxr Wifi fix and rescue will help.
