Cannot install CWR recovery in my Android tablet

Hai i am new in android world.i have tablet PIXCOM PGM399 is equivalent for Viewpad 7 or FM6.I try to replace stock recovery in my tablet but after almost a year i having my tablet i never successed apply custom recovery in my tablet.I already follow many forum,first i try use ROM Manager for use clockwordmod recovery 2.5.1.2,then i try use flash image in terminal emulator is doesn,t success either,then i try fastboot method it,s doesn't work either.Then i also try CWM 3.0.2.6;CWM 5.0.2.6 and CWM 5.0.2.8 still does'nt work.
Because i try install custom recovery,now my tablet can not get in to stock recovery.this happen when first trial installing custom recovery CWM 2.5.1.2 over ROM MANAGER.My tablet can not do factory reset either because of that.
what cause of this,or my recovery image locked,how i unlocked it? .I really frustated getting CWM recovery on my tablet.My goal is just to backup my stock rom and able install custom rom.
Please anyone help me with this problem.
