Hi, I have Tab 2 with Android 4.2.2 on it. The problem is I can't move icons neither within, nor between the screens.
When I touch an icon it snaps off and I can move it. But only to the bin. If I try to move it to another place on the screen it just returns back. When I move it to the edge of the screen nothing happens either.
This seems like I really weird issue to me. I haven't been able to find any "screen lock" settings that can change this behavior. Need help.
