Cannot now Sync outlook calendar

Since the update to 4.3 and Kies 3 on my Galaxy s3 GT19300 I cannot sync my calendar with my Outlook calendar on my computer. I gather this is a known issue but when will it be fixed? This is one of the reasons why I have a 'smartphone'
