Root Cannot re-enable cellular radio after root

I disabled the cellular radio using *#*#4636#*#* from the phone keypad. I then rooted the phone.

Now when it reenter the code to re-enable the cellular radio I get

'Unfortunately, settings has stopped'

I tried everything from factory reset to unroot but with no success. Any thoughts?

Solved my oven problem by renaming the telephonyprovider, phone and mms from .bak back to .apk
