Help Cannot reach Internet unless on WiFi

I have an unlimited data plan on Verizon. Unless I am connected to WiFi, I cannot reach the Internet at all, I can do SMS but I cannot upload/download MMS.

What could be wrong?

Have you modified the APN settings?

Check your phone has the correct APN details for Verizon Wireless, it's often the reason why wireless data and MMS are not working.

I checked my APN and it looks correct, except the MMSC is empty. Can't change it though. The values are uneditable.

Are there any apps that you are using that are able to control your data connection?

Tech Support at Strait Talk solved the exact same problem for me. It took several tries and a hard reboot to get it accomplished.

Yes, data is turned on. Finally managed to pull enough off to squeeze in an update to Android 5.0. Now all Internet is working except for MMS. Can't send or receive photos unless on WiFi.
