Help Cannot read contents of GMail using Droid Turbo

There must be a simple solution? For some reason I cannot see the contents of email messages received on my Droid Turbo, only the sender and the subject of an email message is seen.

When opening Outlook email with Internet Explorer, everything for every email message is shown, including the contents.

My carrier is Verizon.

Outlook contents cannot be read in Gmail. If you have a problem with "outlook" go to play store and download another copy of OUTLOOK, and then outlook will have its own icon on your android screen, if you enter all the data requested for the outlook download.
