Cannot receive phonecalls

Hi, I have a Galaxy SIII, I can phone out, send receive messages, however when receive calls it doesn't succeed. I do get following error message on screen : Unfortunately, the process.com.android.phone has stopped@ on the screen.
Can someone help me to solve this.
