Hi all. I am new to android. Just got my first android phone -- HTC One X -- and I am loving it.
However, I have a small problem. Whenever my phone is in sleep mode, I cannot receive some calls. The calls get immediately forwarded to voice mail. I have checked my call forwarding settings and call forwarding is only set for when I am using the phone. Oddly enough, I can receive calls from other cell phones, but the main problem is when people call me on a landline. However, I am successfully receiving some calls from landlines, but not all. it is very frustrating.
Oh, when the calls get forwarded to voice mail, I do receive a notification that I have a voice mail waiting for me.
Any ideas. I called AT&T and they re-provisioned the phone and it didn't fix the problem. They are having their tech guys look into it, but I am not optimistic that they will find a solution.
Also, my wife has the same phone and the same problem. We purchased them at the same time.
