Help Cannot recieve email through work account

I am trying to set up my Motorola droid to recieve emails through my work email account.

It is through a pop3 server.

Right now, I can send emails from my work address, but I cannot recieve them. I have verified the ports and servers and the information is correct. Does anyone have any advice for me? Im at my wits end!

Is there some kind of setting you need to change from your work account to activate POP3 forwarding?
