Cannot restart applications after force stop

Hi
Was wondering if anyone can help me. Was checking out some apps on my new LGP970 phone and force stopped a couple apps, but now I cannot start them. One was the anologue clock and the other was the live wallpapers. They are still there but not working, any help would be good, thanks

Did you try after re-starting the phone?

yes I did, but no go. where the app is in the settings it is all greyed out now,

guess what the apps started again still learning
