Cannot send mms texts

Hi! My daughter did a huge favor for me and uninstalled the Windows os system that my HTC hd2 came with and installed an Android os. It is a godsend! One problem, I cannot send mms texts. The phone does receive some mms, but not always. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Based on your post, I am going to assume the only issue is with MMS.

A couple of things to look at:
- mobile data needs to be turned on to send/receive MMS
- Check your APN settings. They may not be correct. (Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names). You can contact your provider to check the settings. Or use "Restore to default". May want to screenshot your current settings first though - just in case.
