Help Cannot send or receive MMS!?

So, when I got my LG optimus net, at first I could send MMS. But couldn't receive them. It said "can't download at this time, try again later." I went on websites and found out by hitting the data button and turning my phone off then back on I could get them. It worked.

Now, the issue is that I can't receive OR send them, but it's different. I hit the download button and it takes forever and after awhile it just doesn't download it. As for sending, it just takes forever and doesn't bother to send.
Please help ASAP!

I'm having this same issue on my galaxy nexus.

I turned data off one day to extend battery life, turned it back on, and now I can't send or receive mms. It just sits there and keeps trying with the spinning wheel icon but nothing ever happens.

Any ideas?
