I bought a brand new Galaxy 10.1 and after waiting a whole 24hrs for it to arrive i cant switch it on!
I unpackaged it and plugged it in. All seemed to be going well as the battery charging graphic appeared ( as it does on my phone when its plugged in but not turned on ). I then held down the power key to switch it on and everything went blank and i have not been able to get any signs of life out of it since.
Someone please help! I have tried everything - leaving for an hour, changing power outlets, holding down the power key for for ever and holding down volume and power but nothing happens.
