Help Cannot transfer files from phone storage to SD card

I got an error trying to copy files from my Zenfone's internal storage to microSD card via USB on PC:
"cannot copy file. The device has either stopped responding or been disconnected."

Is there any app that can successfully transfer files from phone storage to SD card? Preferably without rooting or factory reset.

Try sdfix.apk.You can get this file at play store.
You must root your phone first

In my case, I can't transfer (neither by cutting nor copying) large files from USB source to micro SD or internal.

I also can't seem to delete files or pictures from the micro SD...
