Help Cannot Uninstall App (Galaxy S4)

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4. I have an older app on it for downloading music that I want to uninstall. I cannot find it in the play store anymore or under my app lists. Can someone please help me in getting this app off of my phone because I've searched and exhausted all options I've found other than doing a complete reset. Thank you.

Hi! Welcome to our online Android corner of the universe
Go to general phone settings, then application manager,. Search for the app inthe downloaded apps list. Select it and choose uninstall.

I have and it doesn't show in my app lists via settings.

In none of the lists? And the app is still opening when you tap the icon in the app drawer?

Absolutely none of them. And it still opens when I click the app. I even tried clicking the 'rate 5 stars' when it popped up and it takes me to the play store but says it can't be found. I've checked the administrator access as well and it's not there either.

When you tap the icon on your phone it opens and brings you directly to the store? Than it might have been pulled out of the store, and your icon is nothing more than an empty shell.

So is the app in your app drawer?
And when you Long-press on the home screen icon, does it give you any options?
