I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 and my work email is synched to my phone using email synch, which requires that my phone and SD card be encrypted. The latest software update will not download to my phone. I continue to get an error message stating that it is because my phone is encrypted and prompts me to decrypt my phone. I took my phone into the store and they checked the "allow downloads from unknown sources" option under security settings and said that should fix the problem, with no avail. A co-worker at work has the exact same phone and email synch and her software updated with no problems. Please help!
