I am trying to use my bluetooth and it gives a message saying something about wifi and bluetooth not being able to work at the same time. The bluetooth will not pair with the phone.

Wifi and Bluetooth can work at the same time. If you're talking about a Bluetooth headset, read the pairing instructions for it carefully.
If you still get some error about Bluetooth and Wifi not being able to work at the same time, I'd complain to wherever I bought the phone.
