Help Can't acces C771 on laptop

I can only access the SD card and not the actual phone. Anybody know how to access the actual phone to remove files? For example I have several of the same alarm ringtones but I can't delete them.

If i am correct you are trying to remove system ringtones.
If you are not rooted it is not possible.
If you are rooted:
You can't access the "/" directory from the phone's USB options. you could use a root file explorer to delete them directly from the phone, or make an ftp server of your phone.

Download sd card manager from the play store. You can then go into the phone and delete things without hooking up to a computer

I think you can manage stuff on the phone too not just the sd card. Not posssitive on that thought.
