Help Can't access apps nor files after battery problems

Hi,

My phone was having battery problems that caused it to shut down. After one of those shut downs, I turned on the phone and all my apps and files appeared to have been wiped.

The files and apps are actually on the phone. The phone's storage usage is the same as it was before that last shut down, and all of the apps show up in the app manager.

The camera also stopped working, although it opens it asks me to insert and SD card, even though I have enough space for pictures.

Some times a notification pops up asking to install/update/enable... requested by com.google.android.syncada... After clicking the notification nothing happens.

Does anyone have a clue as to what may have happened? Thanks in advance for any help.

A number of things may have happened, but try a factory reset (back up anything that's still there and not backed up on Google). Enter your Google account and let it restore everything backed up on Google (that's automatic if you're connected to either wifi or mobile data), then restore anything not backed up on Google that you could back up locally.

Your apps and emails should restore automatically. You may have to backup and restore your tests. Your app data probably won't restore, so run aomething like Hekium and see if it finds any data to back up.

Thanks! I was trying not to do a factory reset because the phone doesn't allow me to do any back up, I've tried through Google and Kies, but no luck. I guess there will be no other choice and I will loose some of my data. Thanks a lot for taking the time!
