Cant access my SD Card after update.

After i updated my Samsung Galaxy S Software from 2.2(Froyo) to 2.3(GingerBread) today.
I saved all my apps and games on the micro sd card but now i dont get any option to install those apps or games.
I have tried everything within my will but have been unsuccessful!
So if anyone has a solution, please guys tell abt it ASAP.

I have tried mounting my sd card but nothing happens..
Do you know where those files might be on the (External)sd card
Or under what file name??

Mine are under a folder named external_sd.

I just moved them to the external sd before i updated the software, but now i cant find them!

What do you mean by move? Copy and paste? With what? Root explorer? Or do you mean move as in "Move to SD"? If it is the later, the apps are stored in a secure/encrypted/hidden folder. There's no way to restore them as far as I know. If you want to restore apps, you have to use titanium backup, or literally copy and paste them from the root folder.
