Help Can't Access Voice Mail ..Help ?

Hi

Just bought the indulge today and after reading this forum I'm getting second thoughts.

Anyway I been testing the phone and left myself voicemail but I can't access it.

It keeps asking me for a temp password which I don't have .When I had the phone activated earlier today there was no mention of a password for voicemail.

It ask me what language and I entered English then it ask me for that password.

What password is this?

I tried my 8 digit password that I gave metro pcs today when activating my phone and that didn't work and also tried my metro telephone number and that didn't work.

First off if I knew what i know now. I would tell you right now to take it back get a refund and go else where.

But back to topic. I forgot my password before. two things you can do. Call customer support and they should be able to help you. Or maybe have luck like I did, and manage to error out so manytimes that it just sends you to voice mail. lol So much for needing a password right?

I never had a password to forget..is this a password that I need to set up some how ?

Phone is only about 4 hours old and this is the first time trying to access the VM that I sent to it for testing.

They may have forgot to reset the voice mail from a previous owner of the phone number they gave you.
 
if that didn't work, calling the customer care ivr, should have an option for VM pw reset... your password for that i think is your date of birth.
