Help Can't add widget to bottom two rows of home screen 1

Can't add widget to bottom two rows of home screen 1.

- Sony Erricson Xperia x10
- version 2.3.3 Gingerbread

Do you already have an "invisible" widget there? It does happen sometimes. Try pressing the spot and see if it highlights as if there were a widget in that spot - if so, drag it to the trash can.

Hi Wayrad, thanks for the tip but "no" that does not resolve the issue. I long tapped on all 8 cells that are occupied and every time the "Add to home screen" menu came up.

Go to settings>applications>manage applications>all - then look for Sony Ericsson home (icon is a white house with blue window) and clear data.....this will return your homescreen to as it was out of the box, but should solve your problem.
