Help Can't answer incoming calls

We ordered two Note 2's and the wifes phone has a problem, in that she is unable to answer incoming calls. We drag a finger outside the green circle and nothing happens. I was wondering maybe if it was a setting we screwed up somewhere.

I have the same problem. But it works if I swipe from the green circle towards the center of the screen.

There's an option in call settings in call answering to use the home button to answer calls.

You are dragging your finger towards the edge of the phone or towards the center? Your supposed to drag your finger towards the center. Since the phones are new you may want to try a restore.
