Root can't boot into recovery-can't use app to do so!

So I reset my phone and deleted the stock keyboard and forgot to make the google keyboard a system app and I also did the same with chrome so I have no way to type anything and of course can access play because I can't enter my info. Can't boot into twrp because buttons do nothing. Please help!!
 
I have a pc and can't seem to access through adb? I am not good with adb. Please help. Also I tried to just recover the phone and the support tool will not work??
 
Is there any way to boot into recovery with the p.c.? Can anyone please help. I can't do anything until I have a keyboard. I can't restore the phone or access recovery. I have no file manager to access the apk file on my sd card. I am going crazy!! Please help!
