Help cant browse files on pc

I used to be able to plug my phone in to my pc, "mount" the mediacard, and I'm able to see files/directories like another drive on my computer. now, I can't seem to do this? It was on the laptop, but now i'm on another computer. I downloaded the Samsung drivers and it said it installed correctly, but I figure maybe I missed a step? (i'm trying to change ringtones)

problem solved. found another thread, and it mentioned to NOT use the front usb on the computer. I painstakingly use the rear usb port and all is well in the world.

Might be worthwhile trying another cable too.

FWIW, mine works on all of my USB ports.
