Can't call one person

So I have been having issues with my pixel recently. I am not able to call my wife. I call, it rings and when she tried to pick up it hangs up. I just recently switched from my Nexus 6p and never had this problem before. This doesn't happen with anyone else that I call. Anyone had a problem similar?
 
That's a very, very odd problem to have, and I'm struggling to come up with an explanation. Have you tested this with the two phones side-by-side to make sure there's not something else going on?

Yes, I had my wife's phone next to mine. The moment we hit accept, the phones immediately disconnect. My wife's phone has no problems with others, and my wife can call my phone just fine. It is very odd.
 
Hmm, very interesting. A few more questions to see if we can shake out some variables:

What phone does she have?
What carrier(s) are you using?
Do either of you use Wi-Fi Calling?

She has an iPhone 7. I'm on T-Mobile with great service in my area and neither of us are using WiFi calling.
 
Look thru your contacts and make sure she's not blocked.or look thru hers to make sure you're not blocked
