The background is black and whenever i try to change it it won't change. I have apex launcher and the wallpaper settings is not there anymore. I even went to the gallery to try to set it from there but when i chose a picture and set it as wallpaper it was still black. I used Wallpaper Wizardrii but this started even before when i put on miui X2 theme in the apex launcher. I rebooted it few times still no luck. Can someone help me with this?
