Can't change date

So I've been trying to change the date in order to something in a game but every time I try to change the date to lets say 20.10.2020 it will just reverse the date to the actual current dste. Why's that?

You probably have the date set to automatic, so it's using the date from the cell tower.

I just started having this problem last night, and can't figure it out. I've been changing the date so I don't have to wait 30 minutes to get a new life in CCS. It will still let me change the Month and Day, but I can no longer set the Year to 2015 or later. If I try to, it puts it back to the current date.

I can do it if I set it to flight mode, but I don't want to have to turn on flight mode and disable calls every time I want to play CCS. That's crazy.

I can't figure it out. I just started having this problem late last night.

Go into Settings > Date and time > then make sure Automatic date/time is unchecked.

Now you can set both the date and time.

If you want to change the format of Date/time then scroll to the bottom of the Date and Time section and tap Select Date Format.
