In My Alcatel pop 8s I can not change my default storage to memory card. Can anyone help me????

What do you mean by "default storage"?

Apps will install to internal storage, and some phones have the option to move part of the app to sd, but only some - it's been deprecated since Android 4.0, so you only have it if the manufacturer added it back. If you have that option then there's a trick using adb (adb pm set_install_location or something like that) to make it the default. I can dig out the details if you have that option. If your phone doesn't offer to "move to sd" already then it won't help.

If you mean data stored by a specific app, you'll have to go into that app's settings and see whether there is an option to specify the location. There is no way of globally telling all apps to store files on the removable sd.

If you mean internal app data, that's not an option (well there are hacks you can try if rooted, but I've never much liked them).
