Help Can't Connect phone to PC via USB

i can't connect my phone to pc, the last time i connect my phone to my pc, i had a notification that say's "Connect Storage to PC", then i have downloaded the driver of my phone, and it works great, i had transfer my file, photo's,music's , etc . . .

but now, when i'm trying to connect it to my pc, the notification doesn't show up, and when i go to settings>wireless and networks>usb utilities>connect storage to pc, it doesn't recognized by my pc, but my phone say's that usb is connected,

i already enable usb debugging mode, but it doesn't work . . . please help!

Have you tried other USB ports on your computer?

In the notification bar on your phone, do you get a "USB Connected" Message?

I personally don't have your phone, but this is generally the same for all phones, so I'll try to help you the best I can.
