I had to change my charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S4 a few months ago, and since then I can no longer connect my phone to my cpu? my wife has exact same phone and hers works fine? I did reset everything already, I did USB bugging on phone and changed developer mode as well and have tried 5 different chargers but still nothing! it charges on cpu but it doesn't even show up?

Sounds like you might have a bad connection in the USB port? Power is connected but not a data connection possibly. Why did you change the port, did the original one have the same problem? Is is a soldered or a press-fit connection on the USB port component, could be worth rechecking it.
